  • Competition. The North Dallas rental market remains strong with a 94% average occupancy rate and rental rates per square foot of $1.12. Sample Property B has an occupancy and rental rate of 96% and $0.98, respectively.
  • Strong Demographics. The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is home to over six million people and offers a dynamic and diverse economy and houses a healthy mix of business services.
