Using all personal funds, America 2030’s founders have participated in nearly $200 million worth of real estate transactions. We seek to create partnerships with single entity investors for the ownership and management of real property assets. Our understanding of the critical fundamentals of real estate financing and markets allows us to deliver the results sought and expected by sophisticated investors. Our process of due diligence in evaluating real estate is rooted in our experience with the core issues of all asset types. Our strength in research methods, trend assessment, market timing, and regional conditions are all at the service of our clientele. We position ourselves to capitalize on our experience in various markets, and our knowledge of upcoming market cycles and trends allows us to deliver exceptional results across a variety of investment products.
America 2030™ co-founders began in 1984 selling apartment complexes, and their investment real estate career began with the purchase of one rental house in 1988. Collectively, our founders posses thirty-eight cumulative years real estate experience, completing in excess of sixty real estate transactions. Where We Have Been
Our Founders' exceptional portfolio achievements were built around the Value-Added equity management style. Transaction timing is the strong suit of any successful asset manager and our principals have proven, over the course of two decades, their transaction timing mastery. The multifamily apartment sector has traditionally been one of the most stable U.S. real estate asset types. According to the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), multifamily apartment buildings have led all other real estate asset types, for total return, over the past twenty years. Due to population expansion and life changes, over 1,000,000 new households are created in America every year. Fully thirty-four percent, or 340,000 of those new households, are apartment-renting households. |
