Our proven real estate asset acquisition and management skills are poised to exploit America's massive population growth. Using all personal funds, America 2030's founders have participated in nearly $200 million worth of real estate transactions. America 2030's CEO selling apartment complexes at the tender age of 21 in 1984, and his investment real estate career began with the purchase of one rental house in 1988. Collectively, our founders have completed over sixty real estate transactions totaling in excess of $200 million. Since 1997 our founders have grown $1.5 million to $52 million in equity, representing a ten year Annual Rate of Return of approximately 46% between July 1997 and June 2007. The founders personal real estate portfolio is valued in excess of $100 million. Having proven themselves savvy real estate equity managers through bull and bear markets our Asset Managers now turn their focus toward syndication and formation of America 2030™. Our founders' exceptional portfolio achievements were built around the Value-Added equity management style. Our principals have proven, over the course of two decades, their transaction timing mastery. Even though the co-founders have invested in all property types (retail, office, industrial, and multifamily) they chose to focus on the multifamily market, exclusively.
According to the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), multifamily apartment buildings have led all other real estate asset types, for total return, over the past twenty years. Due to population expansion and life changes, over 1,000,000 new households are created in America every year. Fully thirty-four percent, or 340,000 of those new households, are apartment-renting households. |
